He followed up his Blue-Ribbon win by taking home Reserve Color Champion as well at the 2017 California Classic out of a class of 12. *Our Estates Legendary Picasso was the Light Male Color Champion. At the Western Alpaca Challenge, Estates Purely Appraising took First Place out of six alpacas under judge Sharon Loner whose comment was "Everything was in the whole package: fleece style, character tightness, conformation with substance of bone." Purely Appraising went on to win the 2017 WAC Color Championship out of a class of 12. Purely Appraising also brought home Blue Ribbons from the 2017 GWAS and 2017 CABA Classic shows in addition to multiple other ribbons over his show career.
