Plum Creek's Celestial Asher

Introducing Estates Avignon, an elite silver grey herdsire who offers an exceptional opportunity for breeders seeking to infuse their programs with density, fineness, and impeccable conformation. A proven producer with 83% grey/black offspring, Avignon’s pedigree is a "who’s who" of alpaca royalty, featuring legendary Accoyo genetics known for throwing color. He is the son of the three-time Futurity Herdsire of the Year, NeverSummer’s US Steel, and grandson of the iconic 17-time Champion Aussie .38 Special. His maternal lineage is equally impressive, descending from multi-champion Onyx's Grey Navigator and the famed Aussie Rockford, ensuring a genetic foundation built on fleece quality and structural excellence. ELITE GENETICS! On his Sire's side: NEVERSUMMER'S US STEEL, AUSSIE .38 SPECIAL, VICTOR'S HEMIACCOYO CASANOVA, PPERUVIAN VICTOR G4563, CRESCENT MOON'S RAYO DEL SOL, DANKO, and SHOW ME THE MONEY. On his dam's side: JANUS' AJA, ONYX'S GREY NAVIGATOR, AUSSIE ROCKFORD, PPPERUVIAN CAHUIDE, MICHELANGELO, PPERUVIAN GUELLERMO, and CASTLEHILLFARM MIKEY Avignon is a decorated champion in his own right, continuing to improve with age and most recently winning a Blue Ribbon at the Carolina Alpaca Celebration as a mature male. His genetic potency is already being realized through his blue-ribbon winning progeny, including Estates Avignon's Silver Calli and Estates Prestige Ciann, who secured a 1st Place victory as recently as the 2025 Houston Livestock Alpaca Show. While Avignon is an asset to any elite program, he is currently underused at our ranch simply because of the sheer number of high-quality herdsires we own. We believe his extraordinary potential is being sidelined here and that he would be a cornerstone herdsire for another breeder looking to elevate their herd's fleece quality and color depth. Please contact us for more information on adding these elite genetics to your program. Blue-Ribbon Winning Progeny!
